Measure yourself:
A Long
Place the end of a tape measure next to the collar at the top of the shirt (the highest point of the shoulder). Extend the tape to the bottom of the shirt.
B Chest
Measure around the most prominent area of your chest. Hold the tape measure horizontal.
C Sleeve length
Place one end of the ribbon at the top of the sleeve, then pull the sleeve down until you reach the sleeve cuff.
