2. Do you have a physical store?
Tsuna Buy is an online store, where we handle products of excellent quality and comfort from our ecommerce to your home.
3. How long is the delivery time for a product?
The delivery time of the products may vary depending on your location, the duration of product processing (between 3 and 7 business days). Delivery times also vary (you can view this in detail in Shipping Policies) or/and if an unexpected event arises, you will be notified and updated by email.
4. Are there additional shipping costs?
Shipping costs may vary depending on weight and delivery location. At checkout, the total cost, including shipping costs, will be displayed. Any variations or cost changes that arise will be notified to you by email.
You don't have to worry about the shipping cost if the product indicates that it is free.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and/or LSP, it will also appear in your store user profile, in the orders section, when you click on your Tracking Number and/or LSP will redirect to another page where you can track your package in real time, on that same page at the bottom you will find Activate Notifications to your email so that they reach you in real time so you will be more informed.
