Measure yourself:

For all horizontal measurements, keep the tape measure parallel to the floor

A Chest

Place one end of the tape measure on the protruding part of your chest and run it down your back (under your armpits, above your shoulder blades) to where you started.

B Waist

Place the tape at the narrowest part of your waist and measure around it.

C Hip

Place the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and run it across the protruding part of your hip and back to the point where you started measuring.
